Since v1.8 has launched for Assetto Corsa Competizione, the Coach Dave Academy team have been busy working flat out to fully understand the changes required as we move through each of the cars. Last week, after working day and night on the brand new BMW M4 GT3, we were pleased to release the GTWC/IGTC bundle package for customers. What’s happened since?
Ferrari GTWC/IGTC Bundle Has Arrived
Yes you read that right, today marks the release of the Ferrari 488 GT3 EVO GTWC bundle package for v1.8. A lot of hard work has gone into understanding the car on the latest version, because it certainly feels very different on the new tyre model. Whilst fast at certain circuits on the calendar such as Paul Ricard and Spa, it does not seem to carry the same inherent car speed that it did on v1.7.
Comparing lap times to the BMW we noticed a difference of as much as 0.6s at some tracks.
The philosophy of our CDA3 Ferrari setups is quite different from before, which provided a great challenge to our team of engineers and drivers. We are extremely happy with the baselines we landed on for each circuit and we hope you enjoy them.
The BGT release will follow next week, but for now you have 16 circuits to enjoy.

British GT BMW M4 GT3 Bundle Joins The Website
Earlier this week on Tuesday, the British GT bundle package was released for the BMW M4, completing the full track list for ACC and allowing us to shift our focus on to the existing cars already on the website.
Carrying that same stability and speed from GTWC/IGTC circuits, the M4 definitely feels like it is going to be a strong contender on the twisty and narrow British circuits.
