Auto Insights is no longer just a breakdown of where your lap time went. It’s now a fully fledged driving coach inside Delta. It explains where you’re losing time, tells you what to change, and keeps track of how your session is going while you drive.

Coaching That Tells You How And Why
The biggest change with Auto Insights is depth. After a run, Auto Insights now gives you a summary of your driving: where you’re losing time, how you’re losing it, and why. Then it gives you the specific changes your driving needs to improve.
No more staring at a red corner or sequence, wondering what to try next. You get a clear explanation of what the faster lap is doing that you aren’t, so you can implement those changes right away.
Corner and Sequences
Auto Insights shows you exactly which corners are costing you time, and in which part of the corner: braking, turn-in, apex or exit.
It now goes further than single corners, too. You get detailed instructions for whole sequences, covering everything from your track position to the shape of your braking. If you’re compromising Turn 3 to get a better run through Turn 4, it can see that, and coach you on the sequence as a whole so you are faster through multiple corners.
Perfect for those sequences that connect a lap so much, like the Porsche Curves at Le Mans or the Esses at Suzuka Circuit.
Active Coaching
Some things are much easier to understand when you can see them.
The new Show me view draws the coaching straight onto the track map and graphs, with active coaching illustrations. So you can actually see the difference between your driving and the faster lap: where they brake, where they turn in, and where they get back on the throttle.
The Bigger Picture
One mistake on one lap doesn’t tell you much. The habits you repeat lap after lap do.
The new Your Driving View looks at your habits across the whole lap, and at how your session is going. You can keep tabs on your consistency and your pace as you improve, run by run, so you know whether the changes you’re making are actually working.
Better Advice
Not every comparison is like for like. The faster lap might have been set on lower fuel, in a different car, at a different track temperature, or with more straight-line speed.
Auto Insights 2.0 now takes that context into account. It filters out impossible targets, so you only get advice you can actually use. No more chasing a gap that was never yours to close.
