Delta 3.5 has a brand new Driving Analysis view

Our new racing lines feature makes it easier than ever to analyse your driving in Delta.

Some of you eagle-eyed viewers will have already seen the update to Delta, after all, it’s pretty hard not to notice! Our new Racing Lines update is now here and it’s another tool in the Delta arsenal that is going to transform how you analyse data. Racing Lines has been one of the most requested features from our users and we worked very hard behind the scenes to deliver it for you before the year was out.

The previous model of Delta allowed you to analyse all of your telemetry against our pro drivers, but you didn’t know the racing lines they were taking to optimise a lap, this all changes with a brand new way to analyse your driving data with the all new driving view.

Alongside this brand new feature, we have several further improvements and updates rolling out at the same time, all to enhance your experience using Delta. Which is so much more than just a setup app!

Driving Mode

Our new Driving Mode makes it easier than ever to compare exactly how you drive on track compared to our reference laps created by our team of professional drivers. This is the final piece of the puzzle in telemetry data allowing you to evaluate differences in driving lines on highly accurate track maps, traced down to the last centimetre, to give you the best chance of matching the pro driver’s lines and going even quicker on track.

Track Telemetry Lines make it easier than ever to quicker. But what exactly are Telemetry Lines? This feature combines key driving information into one unified view, showing the Racing Line along with Throttle and Braking data. In addition to the traditional racing line, Track Telemetry Lines are colour-coded for easy interpretation: green indicates throttle input, red shows braking, and transparent areas highlight moments with no input perfect for spotting throttle lifts and brake releases. This visualisation provides critical insights without needing to dive into complex telemetry graphs.

Better yet, you can easily switch between your lap and a reference lap for a instant comparison of inputs and racing line. Just click the button between the two driving widgets, which display your throttle, braking, and steering angle in a clear graphical format, offering the same data as the telemetry lines but in another easy-to-understand view.

Driving Mode is now available for Asetto Corsa Ccompetizione, iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate and Gran Turismo 7. So update Delta today, jump onto your favourite sim, and check out that racing line telemetry to improve those lap times.

Telemetry Streaming

There are a lot of you out there who love to view your data whilst driving, (who wants to park it in the pits to review data these days?), because of this, Telemetry Streaming has been vastly enhanced with the new Driving Mode.

See your throttle, brake, steering, gears, speed, fuel level, as well as your lap and sector times, all in real-time, and now with the addition of Track Telemetry Lines to see exactly where you’re gaining or losing time as you drive! Still the only app offering such a feature.

Efficiency At Its Best

Delta now automatically loads the best reference lap in the app for you, whenever you join a session. This means you can start analysing your driving straight away, without needing to manually load a reference lap from the app.

With auto-loaded reference laps you can now see your delta time to the reference lap in real-time whilst on track. This is just another way Delta is doing it better as we continue to optimise your experience and improve the way you can get faster more efficiently.

Another significant improvement in Delta 3.5 is the performance of the application in the telemetry view. It has noticeably improved, especially when loading telemetry data for the first time or selecting reference laps.

New Le Mans Ultimate Setups

Our newly built, professional Le Mans Ultimate setups are now live in Delta with one important feature – autoinstall! Just like we do with ACC and iRacing, our LMU setups now automatically install for you whenever you join a session/circuit combination.

We start with the Ferrari 488 GTE EVO with pro setups at every track that are literally 3 seconds faster a lap compared to our default LMU setups you can use within the game. We also have the Corvette C8.R GTE now complete and we have started on the Porsche GTE. All live in Delta with reference laps, YouTube hot laps and several setups for qualifying and race sessions.

But remember, We already have safe setups from Coach Dave Academy available directly in the game. The setups we are adding to Delta are the quick ones. These are also made by our dedicated Le Mans Ultimate pro drivers but with no restraints, we simply asked our guys to make the fastest setups possible. Stay tuned for more car and track combinations coming soon.
