Jardier Partners With Coach Dave Academy

It’s time for the Jardier x Delta collaboration!

We are thrilled to announce a partnership with the renowned YouTuber and Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC) streamer, Jardier. Jardier is a figure well-known and respected within the community, requiring little by way of introduction.

We have been fans of Jardier’s streams and also of him as a person for quite some time. Although our paths have crossed many times in the past, the opportunity to collaborate directly has not presented itself until now.

Jardier Community League

For those of you who may not be aware, Jardier also recently transitioned his sim racing league, Jardier Community League (JCL), to SimGrid, marking the beginning of an increasingly strong relationship between us.

We are inspired by Jardier’s ambition for his career and have been eager to support him in any capacity possible. This shared vision and mutual support have culminated in Jardier joining forces with us at Coach Dave Academy. This partnership signifies the start of a long-term collaboration with Jardier, promising exciting developments in the future. For now, our focus is on exploring ways to mutually enhance our growth.

As you are all aware, Coach Dave Delta has been our main focus for the last 6 months and we continue to introduce updates and enhancements to this app to bring you unparalleled value. Delta has become as much about the application and driver data features as it is the setups that come with the subscription and Jardier recognises the value our app brings.

Jardier Setups Now On Delta

So from today, Jardier has agreed to bring all of his ACC setups onto Delta, making them accessible to all users of the app. Jardiers setups are fundamentally still free but now fully accessible through Coach Dave Delta, making use of the seamless install application so users will no longer necessarily need to go to his website, download setups on an individual basis, unpack the zip file, and save to a documents folder, saving the user valuable time.

Jardier’s setups will continue to be available on his website, with all new setups also being posted there in the future. However, for fans of the Delta application, this collaboration means direct access to all of Jardier’s setups within the app.

Additionally, Delta will now automatically adjust the tyre pressures in Jardier’s setups based on session settings, removing the need for guesswork. Users can simply open Delta, select a session on ACC, choose their setup, and drive, offering Delta users a new dimension of convenience and choice in ACC.

We are as excited for you to try Jardier’s setups as we are to host them on Coach Dave Delta. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the new features added to Coach Dave Delta today.

What Setups Are Available

In short, every single one of Jardiers self-made setups from his website are now available to install and use through Coach Dave Delta, if you have an active Delta subscription. That is a whopping 60 track combinations over 13 cars and well over 90 setup files!

Although the setups are created in a variety of different temperatures from Jardiers races, we have ensured that Delta’s full feature set is compatible, so you can be comfortable in the knowledge that the tyre pressures will be adjusted to the conditions of the server you load the setup into, just like existing Coach Dave Academy setups.

Here is the full list of setups for every car and track combination that is available from Jardier as of today:

Jardier Naming Convention

Just like our own existing setups in Coach Dave Delta right now, the brand new Jardier setups will follow a similar naming convention for each track. This is as follows:

  • JARDIER – Signifying it’s a Jardier community setup
  • R – Signifying it is a race setup
  • Q – Signifying it is a qualifying setup
  • Dry – Signifying it is a dry setup
  • Wet – Signifying it is a wet setup
  • 01/02 – Signifying the version of the setup

Setup naming examples in Delta:

  • JARDIER R Dry 01
  • JARDIER Q Dry 01

The basis for whether it is a race or qualifying setup is just determined by the fuel load that was saved by Jardier at the time of the setup being made. They could be used for both race and qualifying.

RSignifying it is a race setup
Dry Signifying it is a dry setup

Update Process

The update process for Jardiers own setups on Delta obviously will have some differences from our own. The repository and database of setups will be constantly updated as and when Jardier releases new combinations or releases new versions for existing track/car releases.

The team will work hard to ensure that any new content is uploaded to Delta as soon as possible to keep the database up to date. We will include any new combinations within our existing setup announcements during the week so you miss nothing when new setups land on Delta from Jardier himself.
