Not every update needs to be a headline feature. This one is all about the little things. The small refinements that make Delta smoother, cleaner and easier to live with every day you’re on track.
We’ve listened to your feedback, whilst observing things in Delta ourselves, and we have decided that before any more new features, we are going to polish the ones we’ve already got.
So that’s exactly what we’ve done, and today we’re launching the first round of QOL updates, dedicated to the community requests and the rough edges we noticed.
Setup IQ, AI Coaching, Telemetry Data, Leaderboards, Never Lift and Video Analysis - all in Delta for Le Mans Ultimate, iRacing, ACC and AC Evo. Everything you need to win and get faster as a driver in one subscription.
Session History Improvements
You can now delete sessions from your history. If a session was a scrappy warm-up, a test run, or just something you don’t need hanging around, you can remove it and keep your session history clean and focused on the laps that actually matter to you. A small thing, but one plenty of you asked for.
Delta Stays Out Of Your Way
Two changes here, both about letting Delta sit quietly in the background until you need it:
- Minimise to tray after startup: Once Delta’s opened and started up, you can now tuck it away in your system tray instead of leaving it sitting open in the background.
- Start up already minimised: If you prefer Delta ready and waiting the moment you boot your PC, you can now set it to launch straight to the tray on startup.
Together they make Delta feel less like an app you have to manage and more like something that’s simply ready whenever you jump in the car. (It’s always good to check it’s working before logging laps)
Cleaner Telemetry Data
Getting faster means reading your telemetry, so we’ve cleaned up a couple of things that got in the way of that:
- Comparison tag fixes: When a data trace ran too close to the bottom of the window, the comparison tags for your reference laps used to fall off the bottom of the screen, making them hard to see. That’s now fixed, and they now stay locked in place and readable, wherever your trace sits.
- Track map fixes: Previously, hovering over your telemetry could make the track map disappear. Now it stays visible the whole time, so you never lose your bearings while you’re digging into the data.
Track Map Changes
This one’s a proper upgrade to how the track map works. You can now toggle track map orientation, so your track map can always face the direction of travel and move in sync with you as you lap. Instead of a static, fixed-orientation map, it rotates and follows along with your car, making it far more intuitive to glance at and instantly know where you are on the circuit.
Korean Language Support in Delta
Finally, we’ve added Korean language support, bringing Delta to 11 languages in total. If Korean’s your preference, or any other language that’s not English that we support, you’ll find it ready to select in your Delta settings.
We Are Not Finished Yet
This was just the first round of quality of life updates we wanted to get out for you this week. Rest assured, we are working on more in the background as this goes live, with a heavy emphasis on improving our Leaderboard features next. Look out for them in the coming weeks.
