Introducing Delta 1.2 – The Ultimate Setup App for Racing Sim Enthusiasts

Coach Dave Delta V1.2 launches today bringing setups on demand to all Coach Dave ACC customers.

Are you tired of manually installing setups for every car and track combination in your favourite racing simulation game? Do download limits and physical installation caps limit your ability to enjoy ACC to its fullest potential?

Introducing Delta 1.2 with Setups-on-Demand, the ultimate setup app for racing sim enthusiasts. With Delta 1.2, you no longer have to worry about download limits or physical installation caps. You can now enter endless sessions, and your Coach Dave setups will be ready and waiting for you.

What’s more, Delta offers truly limitless access to Coach Dave setups, saving you the hassle of manually searching and installing setups for each car and track combination. You also have the ability to change tyre pressures and fuel and make other setup changes in ACC, which after saving as a separate variant, will stay in your ACC setup folder separate to the setups that load into your folder from Delta.

How does it work?

  • Open Delta
  • Connect your Coach Dave account
  • Open ACC
  • Go into any session with your favourite car and track combination
  • Delta will detect your selection and automatically install the setups you need for that session

With Delta 1.2, the app knows what car and track combination you have joined the server in, and it already has the relevant setups ready for you installed in your setup directory. It really is that simple now.

So, what are you waiting for? Connect your Coach Dave account, open ACC, jump into a session, and experience the magic of Delta 2.0 with Setups-on-Demand.

Delta V1.2 FAQ

How do I auto-install setups?

Installing setups on Coach Dave Delta could now not be easier for customers. With the latest update to Delta, customers no longer need to manually install files. Instead, you will open Delta, with auto install enabled from your profile, open an ACC session and then Delta will talk to ACC and then install all applicable files for that car and track combination in an instant.

How do I install setups without auto-install?

To switch off the auto-install feature on Delta and use the original setup screen, you must go to your profile page and select the “use auto installer” button. From there, you can navigate to the car and track combination you want to drive and press the green install button.

How do I switch off auto-install

To switch off the auto-install feature on Delta, you must go to your profile page and select the “use auto installer” button.

How do I find the data for each setup?

To find and install the Motec data for all existing Coach Dave setups, you need to untick the auto-install feature in your profile. This will give you the original Delta interface where you can navigate to the car and track combination you want to compare your data and select. Once the pop-up window appears, press the “download data” button on the left. Please note: This temporary measure will be adjusted with a new interface in the next Delta version.

How do I change tyre pressures?

The tyre pressures will be automatically adjusted based on the conditions of the server you join when Delta is connected. The app will read the air and track temperature and then adjust the pressures automatically in the setups it provides in your setup menu in-game. If the conditions change within the server, you must adjust them manually in your setup screen in-game.

How do I change fuel?

If you use the auto-install feature, changing fuel load can be done using the in-game setup menu. If you are not using the auto-install feature, you can use the customise menu on the app before manually installing, as is the case right now.

How do I connect my account?

You must first install and run the Delta app to connect your ACC subscription account to Delta. After that, you will be greeted with the Discord connection screen. Once connected to your Discord profile, you then get the chance to login to your active ACC subscription within the app itself. After that, you are all set to use the Delta app and all its features.

Subscription terms update

  • Anyone who subscribes after the 11th of April can download 15 setups per day and 45 per month.
  • If you opt-in to Auto-Install, you will have no limit on the setups available during a driving session when using Delta. You can enter as many sessions as you like per day, and your Coach Dave setups will be available for you to use from the database.
  • However, if you opt-out of auto-install, you will be limited to physical downloads with the original interface.
