When we launched wet setups at the end of 2020 we decided to include the wet setups into existing GTWC and BGT bundles. We felt that this would create the best user experience as you got ‘all in one’.
Instead we created a ton of confusion, not only for existing customers but also for new customers.
In many cases with new purchases we see a situation where customers end up buying our bundles and then also purchasing the wet bundle on top. Often times this leads to upset emails, refund requests etc.
We have therefore decided to unbundle Wet setups from setup packages and will adjust our pricing to accommodate this change. The result is a tiny bump in price if you purchase a Wet + GTWC pack, but a 10% discount if you choose to not to include Wet Setups:
