Season 4 Week 9 setups for iRacing Season 4 release today from Coach Dave Academy.
A real fun series of tracks to look forward to for everyone this week in our opinion. Montreal is a fantastic circuit which places a lot of different challenges on a car given all 3 sectors are very different from one another. That long back straight also provides some respite for LMP2 drivers wanting to pass lower class cars with minimal stress.
VRS visits the challenging Catalunya, a track which absolutely crucifies left hand side tyres with high load corners like turn 3 and turn 9. Cars that have good tyre wear will be strong here as sector 3 places a lot of load on the rear tyres too.
Porsche Cup meanwhile goes to one of the most iconic tracks out there in Interlagos. Probably the most fun combination of the season so far, it is a track of few corners, but one of many challenges as you need both straight line speed but also good mechanical grip for the infield.
