Coach Dave Academy is seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy part-time Technical Support Specialist. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong customer service ethos, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to users across various platforms (Discord, Social Media, Email).
- Address and resolve queries related to account and tech issues, specifically around our products, such as Delta, Bundles, and Console Wizard.
- Respond to email support requests from the info@coachdaveacademy.com account, ensuring all queries are handled professionally and on time.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with our setup tech lead, James Parker, meeting twice a week to discuss common issues and potential solutions.
- Continuously provide feedback on trends in customer queries to help improve our products and services.
Requirements
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress is required; familiarity with Notion and WooCommerce is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
