Start from our setup, drive a few clean laps and press Auto-Tune. Setup IQ reads how the car is behaving for you and saves a new version of your setup to try on your next run. One driver took the default LMU McLaren from 1:14.2 to 1:12.7 in an hour.

LMU setups, answered
How do Coach Dave LMU setups install?
With Delta open, join any LMU session. Delta detects your car and track and installs our setups for you. In LMU, open Car Setup, then Custom, press Refresh List, choose a setup and press Load and Assign. There’s no plugin to install and nothing to download.
What’s the difference between the CDA preset in LMU and Delta setups?
The CDA preset in LMU’s own setup screen is a safe, free, one-size-fits-all setup. Delta setups, under Custom, are our faster race (R) and qualifying (Q) setups for each car and track, for subscribers.
Which LMU classes do you cover?
Hypercar, LMP2, LMP3, LMGT3 and GTE. New setups are released after major game updates and BoP changes, as our drivers finish each combination.
What is Setup IQ?
Setup IQ reads the laps you’ve just driven and writes a tuned version of your setup. Drive a clean lap in a live LMU or ACC session, press Auto-Tune, then load the new IQ version in the game. It never overwrites your original, and every version stays on your PC.
Can I keep the setups?
Delta removes the setups it installed when you quit Delta or change car or track, then installs them again next time. Your Setup IQ versions are yours to keep. To keep one of ours for good, save a copy under a new name.
What else comes with the subscription?
Setups for iRacing, ACC and AC EVO, Auto Insights AI coaching, side-by-side video, data analysis, a fuel and Virtual Energy estimator, leaderboards and the Never Lift driving course. You can cancel any time from your account.
