‍To Enter: Take part in any iRacing Porsche Cup open or fixed series race for a chance to win. Each time you complete a race you earn an entry into the prize draw. The more races you enter, the more chances you have to win. Entry requirements must be met. See section 3. for entry requirements.

1. ‍This Promotion is only open to legal residents of nations in which prize draw promotions are permitted. Anybody may enter the competition however prize giving is only applicable to entrants from nations in which prize draw promotions are permitted. The selected winner’s nation of residence will be validated before prizes are delivered. Only open to people over the age of 16.
2. Promotion Period (“Promotion Period”): Enter between 14:00 UTC on 12th December 2023 and 14:00 UTC on 5th May 2024.
3. Entry Requirements: Have a valid iRacing Account (adhering to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy), An active subscription to iRacing, Purchased any relevant iRacing content related to the competition, minimum content requirement is the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car, Tracks required are TBC purchases for tracks may be required. No additional purchase necessary to enter the promotion. 
4. How to enter: Register to iRacing at iRacing.com . Upon registration locate the Coach Dave Delta Porsche GT3 Cup series. Ensure you have all required iRacing content purchased and installed. Register for a race and take part in the race. You must complete the race to earn an entry to the promotion. Upon completing the race you will have earned an entry to the Promotion regardless of where you finished. 
5. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted by the Promoter for illegible, incomplete or late entries.
6. ‍‍The Prize is non-transferable, is not exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, should the advertised Prize become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
8. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of Prizes from the date of winner confirmation. Delivery of the prizes will be fulfilled by Speed Capital Ltd (Holding company of Coach Dave Academy). 
9. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted at the end of the entire competition by an independent person or agency.
10. Winner Notification: The winner shall be contacted via an email from a representative of Speed Capital Ltd (Holding company of Coach Dave Academy) and shall be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of initial contact. In the event a participant does not respond to communications within the 7 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and re-award that Prize to an alternative winner selected in the same manner.
11. Moderation: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
    1. contains any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
    2. includes trademarks, logos, or copyright material not owned by you or used without the rights owner’s prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
    3. defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
    4. promotes any political agenda;
    5. Selected winner is resides in a nation in which prize draw promotions are not permitted
12. The name and counties of the winner will be available by sending an email to steve@speedcapital.co.uk which will be available after 5th May 2024 for 4 weeks.
13. Coach Dave Academy’s General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the Promotion and are incorporated by reference herein.
